- This is a peaceful, family-friendly home — we kindly ask that there are no parties, events, or bookings made on behalf of others.
- For everyone's safety, we have exterior security cameras facing the driveway and other public areas — no cameras in private spaces, of course.
- Parking is available for up to 7 vehicles. Please avoid parking on the street or grass.
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying at the home during the reservation.

This home is in a tropical area, and it’s not uncommon to encounter local wildlife like lizards, raccoons, and insects, including ants, palmetto bugs, and more. We maintain regular pest control, but keeping doors closed helps avoid unexpected visitors.
