This 2-bedroom riverfront apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. It is set on over 2 private acres (and attached to several additional acres of public parkland), it is approximately 20 minutes from the Metro North Train, a 15-minute drive to Bethel Woods (Woodstock). It is just a 2-hour drive from NYC, as well. Additionally, we are attached to a small apple/pear orchard and ranger station (park) which we encourage guests to utilize as an additional amenity. lots of nearby hiking trails, winter skiing, canoe rentals, fishing, and swimming (on our property). This section of the Delaware River is especially good for fishing, swimming, and boating due to its deep waters and gentle current.
**Please note that there is now another rental unit on the same property. The spaces have no connectivity between them, but the outdoor bridge and water access points are shared. However, you'll have your private deck, fire pit, and BBQ. Please book here only if you accept and can respect the presence of other vacationers. ***
There are power outages that are semi-frequent in areas like this (a few times per year). Please be prepared, and we are not to be held responsible for them.
Located in Pond Eddy, this apartment is on the waterfront. Roebling Aqueduct Suspension Bridge and Fort Decker Museum of History are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and Upper Delaware River. Farnum Park and Costa's Family Fun Park are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding.
