area. One parking space is provided. Located approximately 17
miles from the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. King-
size bed in master bedroom and queen-size bed in the other. No Smoking allowed in the unit, pool area, or balconies. All smoking is to take place on the street away from the building. Not Pets are allowed at anytime.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Harbor Village, a neighborhood in Pompano Beach. Bahia Mar Marina and Pier 66 Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Las Olas Boulevard and Town Center at Boca Raton. Pompano Beach Aquatics Center and Butterfly World are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, snorkeling and motor boating adventures can be found near the property.
