This unique wooden lodge is located in the beautiful tiny mountain village of Mniszków, away from the road and other houses. In the center of the landscape park of Rudawy Janowickie Mountains, close to the Karkonosze National Park (Karkonosze / Karpacz), South-West Poland.

Living:
Living room with great window sites and large terrace offer fabulus mountain view and nautre outdoor space: a naturalistic, extensive garden, meadows and forests.
Spacious open plan lounge with classic fireplace resplendent with sofa to recline on, a stylish coffee table next to flickering fire and views over the mountains.

The interior design is enriched by exposed 120-year-old wooden beams, original paintings, hand-made decorations and stylish furniture.
The gorgeous open kitchen (next to living room) is the perfect playground for the keen chef, host to everything you could possibly need to rustle up feasts.

Direct access from the living room to the large, covered, terrace with scenic mountain views and furniture which invites you to linger.

Relax:
From the terrace, you can comfortably go to the outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi), swimming pool (seasonal) and infrared sauna.
In the fresh air there is a barbecue spot and a fantastic place for an evening bonfire.
There are four beautiful and bedrooms to choose from, all located on the first floor.

Sleeping:
Bedrooms are equipped with continental - double king-size beds on warm wooden floors. Blinds and curtains allow you to fully darken the room.
High-quality down linen provides a comfortable sleep.
Each of 4 bedroom has a balcony with a view of the mountains or forest and meadows.

On request, we can prepare a cot with a mattress, a set of bedding, a high chair and a bathtub.

there are spacious bathrooms with comfortable walk-in showers with hot water 24 hours a day - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor .
The house is designed for 8 people:
• 4 bedrooms (double continental king-size beds, bed linen)
• 2 bathrooms (wide, spacious walk-in showers with rain shower, washbasin, toilet, towels, hygiene products)
• fireplace lounge (TV-sat 58 ", sofa, coffee table, table, chairs, mini-library)
• kitchen: fully equipped (4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge with ice maker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (automatic for coffee beans), dishes, cutlery, and others).

• a covered, spacious terrace with a fabulous mountain view (terrace furniture)

Outside - exclusively for guests of the house:
• outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally - June - September) with heated water by a heat pump (to maximum of 30 deg. C).

The nearest shop is 3 km away.
The nearest restaurant, Browar Miedzianka, is 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk.

Guests with pets weighing up to 3 kg are invited (subject to prior agreement).

The house with a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, garden, playground, barbecue, fireplace is exclusive to fully ensure privacy of our Guests.

There is a very large green area around the house, meadows and forests spread out further. Lots of tourist trails and tourist attractions in close proximity to the house.

Other things to note
* For the duration of the stay, a deposit of PLN 1,500 is charged.
The deposit is returned to the bank account up to 3 days after the guests leave the facility.
* The hot tub (jacuzzi) is an additional paid option and is not included in the basic price for renting a house.
* Infrared Sauna is an additional paid option and is not included in the basic price for renting a house.
*Heated swimming pool is available in Summer season (mainly: July-August).

Located in Janowice Wielkie, this chalet is in a rural area and in the mountains. Lomnica Palace and Karkonosze Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Czarnow Ski Lift and Karpatka II. Traveling with kids? Consider Western City, or check out an event or a game at Municipal Stadium. Enjoy the area's slopes with skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding.
