On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, large dining table, and a double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen (including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker), and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (each with a TV and a balcony). The house has a covered terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, offering a picturesque view of the lake. Barbecue facilities are available. The uniqueness of this place is further enhanced by an additional, intimate, two-story cottage (downstairs, there's a living room with a TV, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower, while upstairs there's a double bedroom). This cottage also has a covered terrace and balcony. Both cottages feature electric heating and a fireplace in the main building (wood included in the price). Another aspect of the high standard of this place is the private, year-round sauna and hot tub with a jacuzzi in the garden (included in the price).

The exceptionally well-maintained property (for exclusive use of guests) includes secure parking, a playground (wooden tipi, wooden ship), and a fireplace. There's also a fishing pier by the private beach.
