Be transported back to a simpler time with period detail everywhere from the covered porch to the grand living space complete with the original stone fireplace. Full kitchen, laundry room, full bath also on first floor, with access to huge deck overlooking the lake. Second level is all 5 bedrooms & second full bath. Additional half bath as well as a fully enclosed shower accessed from outside also available and with those included this is really a 5BR 3 bath home. Huge driveway with plenty of parking available. Views of the boardwalk lights reflect on the lake & fireworks on Thursdays should be a hit from this back yard. Going to be an excellent property for beach gatherings! Detached garage building is not included. Includes 6 badges to the beach!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year!
