This beautiful house is located 4.5 blocks from Jenkinson's boardwalk and 2 blocks from the downtown area with some of the best restaurants & nightlife on the Jersey Shore. A modern home offering open floor plan, all new furnishings, stylish decor. 1st level has sleeper sofa, 2nd floor is 2 bedrooms and master bedroom with a sleeper sofa and 4th bedroom (3rd floor) has 3 Futons: 2 Full, 1 Queen. Use of 6 beach badges included, along with a large yard for entertaining with new patio area, outdoor shower, grill and NEW FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON is a private swimming pool and awesome covered patio area! No pets.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
