A great value for this 2 story home that is within 1 block to the beach and boardwalk and priced well under $3000/week! A traditional seashore colonial with a Victorian flare with custom wood finishes and detail, shares the lot with a quaint 2 bedroom cottage. This front house is spacious and accommodating. Good living spaces, with a back family room, a parlor area with fireplace and gorgeous sun porch and a large rear deck with gas grill, furniture and also an outdoor shower available and many other nice touches ensure your family will have a relaxing Summer stay. Includes 4 badges to the beach! Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway. Keurig Coffee maker. No pets.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year!
