● Early check-in and late-check out may be accommodated with a fee ($50 each). Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.
● Late check out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500

KAYAK RENTAL AVAILABLE! (typically Memorial Day to Labor Day)
● Our kayak rental packages come complete with all the necessary gear, including paddles and life jackets. We want you to have everything you need for a safe and enjoyable outing.
● Rental fee: $30 per kayak per stay

● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.

Interaction with Guests:
● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
