Welcome to Z'Ocean House situated in Plymouth, centrally located along the southern coast offering ease of access to Boston, Cape Cod, and picturesque beaches. Z'Ocean House provides ample privacy and space to relax on 1.2 acres bordered by woods. It includes the best of both worlds; a great spot for lounging by the secluded pool and relaxing at the private neighborhood beach for the day.

This Cape-style house is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The fully stocked kitchen is at the center of the house and includes a double oven, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The attached breakfast nook is perfect for doing a puzzle and enjoying a cup of morning coffee. The nearby dining room has a custom hand-crafted slab table with seating for 8.

Off the kitchen is a spacious family room that includes a WiFi enabled 70-inch flat-screen HDTV to watch your favorite show or just relax on the large comfy wrap-around couch after a day on the water. There is an assortment of games and puzzles for those lazy afternoons when the weather keeps you indoors. From the living room, take a step into the quiet reading nook.

On the first floor is also an office where you can connect remotely. There is a desk, a 20-inch monitor with HDMI hookup, and a WiFi enabled printer/scanner.

The first floor also includes a full bathroom with a stand-up shower stall and full-sized washer/dryer for your use.

The second floor includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom suite with double sinks and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and desk with an additional monitor with HDMI hookup. The third bedroom has multiple twin-sized bunkbeds. A full bath with tub is located just across the hall from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

From the kitchen, guests can step out onto the patio where there is an outdoor dining table with seating for six. A 3-burner gas grill is available for use by guests.

Stone steps lead you down through the garden to the private inground pool (not heated). Spend the days floating in the pool or playing a round of Marco Polo with the kids. There are also chaise lounge chairs for the sun bathers and a table with seating in the shade.

The house is equipped with internet access across the entire property, providing 300MBs of high-speed connectivity from the house to the pool. Additionally, there are 5 window AC units located in the living room, office, and in each bedroom.

There are so many ways for guests to decompress and make new family memories at the Z'Ocean house, from a refreshing dip in the private pool to a peaceful stroll along the neighborhood beach to short day trips to the regions cultural attractions.

Only a short drive to Plymouth Center, Plimouth Patuxet Museum, the Sandwich Glass Museum, the Cape Cod Pirate Museum, and other great local attractions.

For security purposes there are exterior cameras on the property.
