-Parking for 4 cars available on gravel driveway
-4 wheel drive may be preferred the few times a year there is a snow event. The house is not far up the main road, which is usually plowed, however the driveway is slightly steep.
-No refunds due to weather or natural disasters
-There is an outward facing motion activated Ring camera on front door and side door for the safety of the guests and the house. These are not monitored all the time but checked as needed.

Pisgah Forest is home to this vacation home. Crystal Mountain Gem Mine and Transylvania Heritage Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Etowah Valley Golf Club and Sideways Farm & Brewery. Traveling with kids? Consider Johnson Farm and Elijah Mountain Gem Mine. Kayaking and water tubing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and horse riding nearby.
