Welcome to Bass Lake Retreat!  This newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath, dog friendly home is conveniently located 7 minutes from the entrance to Pisgah National Forest and The Hub, only 5 minutes from dining options such as Salty Landing, Blue Ridge Pizza, and Sideways Brewing in Etowah, and a short 15 minute drive to Brevard, Hendersonville, and Mills River.

The first home on the street after turning off State Highway 64, Bass Lake Retreat has a paved driveway and covered parking.  Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the open concept kitchen, living, and dining area.  Stainless steel appliances, modern furnishings and decor, and ample seating for lounging and dining.

Main floor living is a key feature of this retreat, with all living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms on the same floor.  The primary bedroom is home to a King-sized bed, a desk for workspace, noise reducing windows, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.  The second bedroom is complete with a Queen-sized bed (plus another small desk for workspace) and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which is home to 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

The outdoor spaces at Bass Lake Retreat make it perfect for unwinding after a day of mountain biking, hiking, or exploring local attractions.  The primary deck with a propane grill and comfortable seating overlooks Bass Lake, where guests are welcome to fish if they remembered to pack their fishing gear.  The homeowner even provides a portable bike stand for bike cleaning and repairs.  As your day comes to an end, enjoy a fire in the outdoor firepit before settling in for the evening.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home is stocked with fresh, professionally laundered linens and starter supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Our cleaning team is local, paid a living wage, and are trained so you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home.
Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation.  The text message will contain a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay, like directions and door code.  The digital guide-book has information on the property and on the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and popular destinations.  Contactless check in allows guests to go straight to their vacation home at check-in time.
