Guest access:

Throughout your stay, you have private access to the whole property, including the 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen, living area, game room/gym and outdoor areas.

Parking is also conveniently available on the premises in the driveway.

Simply use the provided lockbox for effortless and secure check-in and check-out.

There are currently no animals living or working at this ranch. If you wish to bring your horse please ask us in advance.
Other things to note
Dog and Horse Friendly: We allow up to two well behaved pups. There is a pet fee of $125 (total not per pup). Please don't leave dogs unattended in the house unless they're grated.

Our property is also equine-friendly. Please see the photos for more info on our facilities. We're also happy to answer any questions.

Pool Info: The pool dimensions are: 36 ft x 16 ft

The tanning shelf is 6 in deep. The shallow end is 3 ft 6 in deep. And the deeper end is 5 ft deep. No diving allowed.

The pool can be heated to 86 degrees from Oct - April for an additional fee of $225 per night. This fee covers the cost of fuel to heat the pool. Fuel costs are high in this area. Spa heat is included at no extra cost.

Commercial Video/Photo Shoots: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees. If you are in doubt, inquire first. We will charge $5000 per violation, plus a production fee up to $600/hour. Personal photos are always ok! Please tag us @stay.cocoon

Events: Events are not permitted.

Roads: The last 2 miles of your drive will be on a dirt road. 4WD is not required. The road is accessible for most cars, except maybe some cars with very low clearance.

Wildlife: The desert is a wild place and probably different from what you're used to. If you are very sensitive to insects, mice and other desert creatures - it may not be for you. If you leave a door open, animals, flies, bugs and more might run in. We do get the area treated monthly but please be careful and keep all doors closed.

We love the nature that surrounds us and so do most of our guests, but just a friendly reminder that we are indeed in the desert.

Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am.

Cancellations: Please review our cancellation policy closely. If you’re worried about the possibility that you may need to cancel after the refund period is closed we highly recommend adding travel insurance to your booking.
