Custom built in 2013 and furnished for vacation rental. The house has over 3500 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Tastefully furnished with high quality furniture and golf related artwork.

Two bedrooms downstairs, four bedrooms upstairs. The house has a total of 12 beds, with all beds full size or larger. The large upstairs bathrooms each have separate toilets, showers and sinks for ease of use for large groups.

The gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances overlooks the great room. A second large refrigerator is located in the garage. Kitchen attached to a large great room lofted to second floor. Shuffleboard table added to lofted landing overlooking great room. Master and guest bedroom on first floor, four bedrooms on second floor. Minimum 32' flat screen tvs in all bedrooms, 60' TV in great room. Large back patio with rocking chairs and gas grill. House has seating and place settings for up to 24, including dining room that seats 10. An ample supply of 1600 thread count sheets, bedding and towels included. Laundry room with washer/dryer located on main floor.

Garage has a ping pong table and space for two vehicles, along with an extra refrigerator to help with food and beverage storage . The driveway can easily handle 4-6 additional vehicles if necessary.

Conveniently located across the street from 7 Glenross (vrbo #259394) and the main entrance to Pinehurst #9 (formerly National Golf Club). Together these houses sleep 24 comfortably. Less than a mile to Pinehurst Resort.
