As you enter the double doors from the front entrance, you will find a spacious game room with a full-size sleeper sofa, a floor to ceiling quartz enclosed gas fireplace, pool table, arcade style multicade, Smart TV, seating area and ceiling fan. Kids of all ages can hangout in this room whether you are challenging each other to a game of pool or PacMan! Adjacent to the game room is a private bathroom with a stand up shower and stacked washer/dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need for an evening in with black stainless appliances, quartz countertops and four additional bar stools. Wherever you sit, you can enjoy natural light flowing in the floor to ceiling windows and take in the breath-taking mountain views. A dining room area with a table for six is perfect for having your morning coffee.
