• Pets are not allowed on the property at any time
• Must be 25 or older to rent
• No Smoking or Vaping in the cabin or on the front porch or back deck or an automatic 250 fee will be charged. You can smoke outside the cabin in the driveway.

The driveway can easily accommodate two full size vehicles. Street parking is not recommended. Please plan accordingly.

WILDLIFE:
The cabin is adjacent to the woods. You will likely see and hear critters, and maybe even spot an occasional bear! Please keep trash in the bear-proof garbage container, and do not feed wild animals.

GRILLING:
Please grill with caution ensuring that someone is always watching the charcoals for safety reasons while you grill your food. Charcoal ashes need to be removed once they have cooled off. Happy Grilling!
