Our home is fully furnished and has everything you would need for an outstanding stay (linens, cooking items, etc.). Home features 4 beds and 3 baths with a bonus/workout/meditation room that can also fit a queen sized air mattress that is provided for extra sleeping. Two wood burning fireplaces indoors and and indoor/outdoor living space with accordion folding glass doors to another outdoor living space with an additional fireplace and commerical heater for those chilly evenings. The commercial misting system makes it possible to sit/dine outside even during the summer! Sonos stereo throughout the home indoors and outdoors as well accessible through the high speed wifi system. The kitchen is a chef's paradise with an oversized seated island, maximum food prep space, double ovens with a great cooktop and highend thermadoor appliances throughout including a full sized wine refrigerator and a separate full sized beverage refrigerator as well. Luxurious outdoor living at its finest with two distinct living/gaming spaces with a full sized heated pool and built in grill area for your outdoor cooking needs. Pool area can be gated off or left open depending on your children or pet needs. Please note the home does have interior doors that lead to an UNFENCED pool area. Also included...full size washer and dryer, peloton bike and road bikes for cruising around to all of the best hot spots. Bikes/games/karaoke machine, etc. Walking and biking distance to Ohso, JT's, The Spot, and so many more of Arcadia and South Scottsdale's finest and most entertaining locations. Truly a "centrally located" home. Guest Access is easy and hassle free with self check-in! You will receive check in information prior to your stay and will have keyless access to the home. Do you need groceries, beverages, or other items before your stay? Let us know and for $100 a concierge service will be provided to pick up your list of items so all will be fully stocked upon your arrival. Guests must provide host with a valid state issued ID within 48 hours of booking. If ID is not provided within 48 hours, hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation without penalty. Guests will not have access to the garage, but will have parking for 2 cars in the driveway plus on street parking is available. No smoking in the house is permitted. Booking guest must be at least 25 years old. All listed amenities and home to be used at guest's own risk. The homeowner will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party. Parties, events, weddings are not allowed unless otherwise approved by the homeowner. Please note...this home is very special to us as we have raised our family here. We are open to sharing it for this upcoming season to allow us to do some other epic things. 8-)
