It features four spacious bedrooms; three bathrooms, of which two are en-suite; and a large living and kitchen area with an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining.

It also has a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and a beautiful, large backyard with outdoor lighting, seating, a grill, a sun deck with loungers, and a corn hole game for family fun.

Although we adore our furry companions, pets are not permitted on the property and will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

CHECKOUT
It is crucial that our cleaning staff have immediate access to the residence following the departure of guests. As a result, any late departure without the host's prior approval WILL incur a $25 fee per 15 minutes after the stated checkout time.

Guests will have access to the entire property, excluding the two-car garage and the owners' closet located in the laundry room.
