Welcome to our Desert Retreat. Relax and rejuvenate in this four-bedroom, two-bath home with lots of space to enjoy your stay. We know you'll love the peace and quiet in this neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and hiking. Relax by the private pool and make memories with friends and family. There is plenty of space for extended family vacations, comfortably sleeps eight with four bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite has a king-size bed, double sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the final bedroom is set up with a twin over full bunk bed. The second bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the clean and newly remodeled interior, along with a patio and pool for outdoor living. There is a large open-concept kitchen and dining room, as well as a large great room with OLED television and stereo sound system and plenty of seating for the whole family. The location of this property offers something for everyone. The Tramonto Neighborhood offers easy access to the I-17 freeway, Carefree Highway, and the 101. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance or only a short drive away. There is a covered patio, table, and chairs for outdoor dining, along with a new gas grill and a gas firepit. There are lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool, a picnic table and chairs, along with plenty of outside seating for visiting with family and friends. Welcome to your next vacation home!
