The space
Living/Dining/Kitchen

The first living space is equipped with a 65" Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc and sound bar. The second living space is equipped with a 50" TV. The sofa in the second living space is a pull out couch with a queen bed.

Dining area seats 8.

The kitchen is fully stocked with plates (children's cups and plates), glasses, utensils, cookware, toaster, blender, salt, pepper, oil. Coffee options are a Keurig or traditional pot style coffee maker. Sugar, stevia packets and individual creamers are available.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The main suite has a king size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and 4 fluffy pillows (2 standard, 2 king). Blackout curtains cover the sliding glass door leading out to the backyard. Large walk-in closet stocked could also be a great place for a baby to sleep in the provided back and play - no windows! Full size dresser. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner + body wash. Sitting by the sink you will find the dreamiest Molton Brown hand soap and lotion - my personal favorite!

The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen memory foam mattress, a 50" smart TV and light reducing curtains. The third bedroom is set up with three darling twin beds, light reducing curtains and full size dresser.

All bedrooms are equipped with sound machines, hangers and luggage racks.

Second full bathroom located in the hallway across from the two secondary bedrooms. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, wash cloths, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hair dryers, hand soap and hand lotion.

Outdoors

Watch the sunrises on the generous covered patio overlooking the private sparkling pool and putting green. Enjoy an alfresco dinner on the patio at the dining table that seats 6.

Experience the Arizona sunsets at the bistro table on the front porch.

Laundry-Washer and Dryer with amenities

Fully stocked laundry with iron, ironing board, steamer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and stain remover. Please note - dryer is in the garage and washing machine is in a closet in the kitchen area.
