We have partnered with Ecolab Inc. to provide the highest levels of sanitation as we prepare furnished apartments after check-out. We offer complementary monthly housekeeping on stays of 30 days or longer. The cleaning fee is for cleaning upon check out. A signed lease agreement is required for stays of 30 nights or longer. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet will be due upon arrival.
