This two story home features three extremely comfortable and spacious bedrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size beds to provide comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest so you can remain energized and do everything you have planned the next day. Third bedroom features three twin beds, two of which can convert to a king size bed, plus a daybed, perfect for a sleepover. Additional sleeping on the first floor in the sunroom on the full size futon. We also have a portable crib/playpen for the youngest travelers.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIREMENTS★

★ PETS ★
We do allow a dog (no cats due to homeowner allergies) and there is a $150/pet per stay fee. Please indicate you will be bringing a pet when you complete the reservation details.

★ PRICING ★
Our base nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. If your group includes 3–8 guests, an additional $50 per guest, per night applies. The home requires a minimum 3-night stay.

Located in Phippsburg, this vacation home is on a river. Maine Maritime Museum and Markings Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Monkey C Monkey Do and Gulf of Maine. Chocolate Church Arts Center and Bath Center for the Arts are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like hiking.
