It's conveniently located just a short walk from the Philipsburg Brewery and Sweet Palace candy store. Whether you're an angler, hiker, or want to relax in nature, our Philipsburg house is perfect. We're excited to host you and help create unforgettable memories in this beautiful area. This spacious and comfortable three-level home is ideal for families or groups of friends, offering four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The first level presents an open-concept design that seamlessly blends the dining area, counter space, living room, and fully stocked kitchen into one cohesive space. Furnished with a large table and chairs, the dining area is near the kitchen, making it the ideal spot to enjoy meals together. The modern kitchen has appliances and ample counter space, allowing you to prepare delicious meals for family and friends. The living room is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. Granite Ghost Town State Park and Gem Mountain Sapphire Mine are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Moose Marina and Discovery Ski Area.
