The house is skipping distance to The Sweet Palace (famous candy store) and Gizmo’s Toy Store and is stumbling distanced to Philipsburg Brewing Company's "Vault" and other local watering-holes.
The Main Living Room is large and open containing a full-sized couch with attached chase, 2 separate love-seats and desk/work area. Ideal for a family looking to spread out or multiple families/friends that would like to share the house but still have their own space.
