If you are looking for 2 luxurious equipped and brandnew highrise corner unit (12th floor - each unit 2 bedrooms ) with sea-view and Beach-access including 5 pools read on 2 condos are in the same building, same floor, right next to each other (next door)
Location is best in Mactan, because its right behind the new high class City-Center of Mactan - Mactan Newtown / LG Garden Walk.

Both 2 bedroom condos (total 4 bedrooms) were planned and executed by interior designer

You can reserve here for 11 persons.

It is in the 12th floor next to each other with very nice sea-views and located on Cebu's most famous Mactan Beach between Shangri-La and Crimson Resort.

There are no further charges. It includes the following free services - amenities:

- airport-pick-up (from landing time 11am-6pm – check-in only if early check-in is possible)

- use of 2 swimming-pools including use of folding beds

- use of Cabanas including Tables, Chairs at the pools (incl the grill if available), if you want to eat outside for online ordered food

There are no other fees. We do not charge cleaning fees or security deposit either... Going to the airport is 20 minutes during the day, and 12 minutes by night.

- We have a boat for Island-hopping with very reasonable pricing (7500 Pesos for the boat – same price for up to 15 persons) , which includes Olango Snorkeling in the fish

sanctuary as well as Sandbar Island Pandanon (exclusively for your guests only)

- There are brochures in the condo for nearby Watersports (free pickup & Drop), Recommendations for nearby outdoors restaurants, Massage Salons, day-tours among others

- All condos are 2 bedrooms and have a fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook any time.

- The compound is huge, its easy to stroll around in a large private area with the children in the evening

- You can easily order transportation from your condo via GRAB (TAXI), the nearby Taxis at Mactan Newtown usually take 5-8 minutes to be at the entrance

Located in Mactan, a neighborhood in Lapu-Lapu, this condo is near a water park and on the beach. SM City Cebu and Ayala Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Jpark Island Waterpark and Cebu Ocean Park. Jose R. Gullas Halad Museum and Cebu Botanical Garden are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, snorkeling, and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
