Manayunk is the artsy, eclectic little brother to Philadelphia! Full of small business charm, it boasts a handful of great cafes, restaurants, bars and shops without feeling overwhelming or full of traffic.

The city features the Manayunk Arts Festival every Summer so be sure to circle your calendar for a weekend of great food and drink, local musicians and good vibes!

*We have an actively recording video Doorbell at the front door which records video and audio. The Nest system has its microphones disabled and they hear and record nothing. We use Minut to monitor noise levels, crowd detection and smoke detection. They are located in the living room and in the entry way leading to the roof deck.
