The Serenity Lake House is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath sanctuary that sleeps up to eight guests, nestled within the prestigious Bay Harbor community. Overlooking the peaceful waters of Lake Michigan, this lakefront home becomes an especially inviting retreat in the spring, when longer days, fresh lake breezes, and vibrant shoreline views create the perfect setting for relaxation and connection.
Located directly on Sunset Beach, the property offers panoramic views of Little Traverse Bay as the harbor awakens for the season. Guests are within walking distance of Bay Harbor's Village, where boutique shops, waterfront dining, and the Great Lakes Center for the Arts begin buzzing with new seasonal energy. Spring days are perfect for lakeside walks, exploring nearby wineries, boating excursions, or simply enjoying the beauty of northern Michigan as everything comes back to life. The community fitness center is also available for guest use.
Main Level – A chef's kitchen with Subzero and Wolf appliances, custom cabinetry, and a coffee bar sets the stage for slow spring mornings. The open dining and living area, anchored by a fireplace, invites family and friends to gather and unwind. French doors open onto a wrap-around porch, where you can enjoy fresh lake air, morning coffee, and peaceful views of the water.
Second Level – The Primary Suite features a king bed, sitting area, and sweeping lake views that make waking up here unforgettable. The ensuite bath includes a soaking tub and marble walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms, one king and one queen, each include their own ensuite bathrooms. A convenient laundry area is also located on this level.
Third Level – A rec room with a wet bar, a second fireplace, and comfortable seating areas creates a cozy retreat with some of the most beautiful views in Bay Harbor.
Lower Level – Perfect for gathering and entertaining, this level includes a full bar with wine fridge, a pool table, and a queen guest room with an ensuite bath. Step outside to the gas fire pit and enjoy peaceful evenings by the water, where sunset colors reflect across the bay and the stars begin to appear overhead.
