Located in an area renowned for its artesian springs, this home's freshwater is some of the best water on the planet.
Guests find 2 full bathrooms with refreshing showers, making mornings and post-lake swims easy and comfortable. Primary shower has bluetooth speaker inside and both showers are stocked with natural soaps and shampoo.
The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. The family room features an epic bookshelf of good reads, new flatscreen TV with Roku, and plenty of room to gather. The sunroom has room for games, puzzles, and watching the wildlife on the lake. Both the family room and sunroom have queen sleeper sofas to accommodate the whole family.

Mackinaw City is only 30 minutes away, the Upper Peninsula (the U.P.) is 45 minutes north, and Traverse City is 90 minutes south.
