Built in 1870, our cozy cottage is located behind one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The charming and quaint studio cottage is nestled in the heart of downtown Petaluma and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom. We are 3 blocks from the historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, you can dine on the patio under the willow tree.
The Cottage Studio has a peaceful charming ambiance. Tucked away behind the main house the studio has an off-street parking in the driveway and a secluded patio area.
The modern and farmhouse aesthetic features a full kitchen. 2 skylights, vaulted beam ceilings, fireplace, A/C/heater, desk, Wi-Fi, cable TV. "40" TV w/swing arm for in-bed movie watching. The beautiful Pottery Barn desk is set up for those who work remotely. There are 2 closets in the living area with shelves plus a clothing bar.
Petaluma is home to this cottage. AMF Petaluma Lanes and Adobe Road Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sonoma Plaza and Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue. Petaluma Arts Center and Spreckels Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting.
