This beautiful apartment is located just 2 blocks from Javier Prado Avenue, the most famous main avenue in Lima. It is a few minutes from the San Isidro Financial Center, as well as the historic center of Lima, Plaza de Armas, Parque de las Aguas (Water Park), colonial churches, historical museums, and a variety of tourist attractions and restaurants.
Close to shopping centers such as Risso, Real Plaza Salaverry, Centro Cívico, and the famous Jockey Plaza.
It's also very close to the Miraflores district, where you can find a wide variety of options for adventure sports and enjoy beautiful scenery. For nightlife, it's the best option thanks to the wide variety of bars, nightclubs, and rooftop bars with innovative styles.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, glass nightstands with built-in lighting, furniture, a 42” Smart Full HD LED TV with international channels and YouTube, a large built-in white wardrobe, and blankets for the colder months. It also has a large en-suite bathroom with a granite countertop, a large mirror, and a hot shower.
Room #2: Features one bunk bed with two twin beds (1.5 person size), a 42” Smart LED TV with full HD channels and YouTube, a white built-in wardrobe, and blankets for the colder months. It also has a shared bathroom and shower.
Room #3: Features one bunk bed with two twin beds (1.5 person size), a 42” Smart LED TV with full HD channels and YouTube, and a shared bathroom and shower.
Room #4: This small room has one twin bed, a blanket for the colder months, a nightstand, and a private bathroom.
All areas have fans, hot water, internet access throughout the apartment, and good ventilation and lighting.
The building has a main reception area with 24-hour security, and the entire building is equipped with security cameras.
In addition, it has two elevators and an emergency staircase with a fire door and fire extinguishers on each floor.
Common Areas:
Swimming Pool: The pool area is subject to capacity limits and time restrictions. (Building Regulations)
Grill: Use is by reservation only. Please check availability with the host. If you wish to reserve this area, an additional fee is required for building administration. Guests have the right to use the grill and multipurpose area PRIVATELY for a period of time according to the building regulations.
Children's play area, gym, billiards, and small garden are available for use at any time.
Guests have free access to the entire apartment and common areas. (Subject to availability)
