The House is 100% furnished and is private, the entrance is completely independent, so the guest chooses. It also has a large park just for the residential one half block from the house. Magdalena del Mar is a very beautiful district, safe, quiet and above all a part of the care for the environment. The apartment is centrally located, so it has restaurants, banks, money exchange, ATMs, shops, pharmacies, gyms and other tastes at hand, and connects with other districts and points of interest such as:

The guest can choose to move in public or private transport. The location of the house gives you that facility because it is close to the main stops that connect with other areas of Metropolitan Lima. The house has all the comforts for a relaxing and successful stay such as: hot water: high speed internet, cable TV, mini gym, rooms with key, equipped kitchen, wonderful view, private park, parking, security and above all low noise level .
Guests can use the kitchen, living room, dining room, mini gym, bathrooms, parking and of course their own bedrooms. They also have a park within the residential to which they can access at any time.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment. In addition, a few blocks away they have a large grocery store called (Candy) where they can buy everything according to their needs. I will be 100% available for all questions and queries during the stay of each guest. However, my relatives are the ones who will watch in person to make your stay a unique experience.
The apartment offers guests the tranquility and security they seek in their travels. You can enjoy your stay in total peace and above all freedom to do your things and enjoy the surroundings that gives them the district where the apartment is located.
The area is very safe and quiet. In addition, it has a little of everything in the vicinity. Guests can choose between Chinese, Peruvian, fast food, sweets and milkshakes, coffee and lunch. They also have banks and notaries nearby, for any occasion. One of the busiest places is the Magdalena market, where you can find everything and you can also visit the church and its well-kept parks.
We provide check-in / check-out facilities. Also, all places of visit and consumption are located a few blocks from the apartment. As part of the experience, we recommend both walking routes and the use of public and private transport, especially when visiting the wonderful beach circuit, located a few minutes from the apartment.
Located in Magdalena del Mar, a neighborhood in Lima, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront.
