Winnamakee Shores offers 5 generous bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen perfect for family/friend gatherings. The lakehome has 100 feet of level sandy beach and provides kayaks, water trampoline, paddleboard, shuffle board, ping pong, & yard games to keep everyone entertained. The community has golf courses, restaurants, & shopping. The cabin is also a great winter escape with ice fishing & snowmobiling!

Winnamakee Shores Lodge is a spacious 4,350 square foot residence, boasting a 100-foot stretch of level, sandy shoreline. This open-plan house features five large bedrooms, including a kids' bunk room, and three bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen is a highlight, complemented by hardwood floors, in-floor heating, and a cozy gas fireplace.
The master bedroom on the ground floor offers luxury with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private walkout, and an en suite bathroom equipped with a six-foot soaking tub. The second floor houses four expansive bedrooms, two of which include an additional bed each. A snug loft area provides a scenic overlook of the kitchen and lake views, ideal for reading, board games, or movie nights. The property also includes a sizable laundry room with dual front-loading washers and dryers, next to a three-car heated garage.
Outside, a new 60’ x 14’ deck leads down to a paver patio featuring a fire pit and an outdoor dining set, perfect for evening relaxation.
The lodge is family-friendly and conveniently located near top local attractions, yet secluded enough for a private retreat. Guests can bring their own recreational equipment or inquire about rentals for pontoons, jet skis, ATVs, and snowmobiles.
