A quick drive on the 101 to the South will get you to the Cardinals Stadium and the Westgate District with food, shops, theatres, concerts and sporting events and The Desert Diamond Casino. And if you head North, you will be in Scottsdale in about 30 minutes. So much to do and see. This is about a 40-45 minute drive from Sky Harbor depending on time of day.

This is a single family home in a great North Peoria Neighborhood. The whole house is yours. Spacious 5 bedroom 3 bath home with a great back yard, patio, pool and BBQ out back. Plenty of room to park with a 2 car garage and driveway.

We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona.
