All utilities are included up to $150.00/mo.: Including internet and Wi-Fi (no cable set up) The house has new (2024) solar panels which work well to keep the energy costs down significantly. Pool service is provided weekly on Friday morning. Pest control is provided monthly as part of the monthly rent. Heating the pool is an additional cost, depending on the Gas bill. Anything over $150.00 with the electric bill and Gas bill will need to be paid by renter.
