Wine & dine your guests in good old fashioned style right in the heart of historical downtown Pensacola just one block off Palafox St. This beautiful 4400 sqft Victorian home boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 dining areas, a grand lobby, a proper parlor, and a comfortable TV room. Unique features such as soaring 11 foot ceilings, original stained glass windows and an ornate grand wood staircase.

The space
One of Pensacola’s architecturally significant Victorian homes. The house construction initiated in 1902 by Steamboat Captain James M. Flynn and was completed around 1904 when the Thomas W. Brent, Jr. family moved in. Over the years it has also served as a hotel, bed-and-breakfast, advertising agency, and more. Previously featured in Southern Living Magazine. While this home has served many roles throughout its history, most of the charming historic details remain intact today. This includes the ornate wooden staircase in the foyer, 7 original fireplaces each with a unique hand carved wooden mantel. A favorite detail are the stunning stained glass windows throughout the house!
