The Space:

It's in a prime location with many attractions minutes away (Flora-Bama, Lost Key Golf Course, Villagio Shopping Centre, watersport rentals, boating excursions). Whether you want to have a family day at the beach or enjoy a fun night out at Flora-Bama, this house is the perfect place.
Close to walmart and Publix for groceries

This house is located in Perdido Gardens in Perdido Key.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Ground Floor - Bedroom one has a King bed, bedroom two has a twin over twin bunk bed, and a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle (sleeps 9)

1st Floor- King Master (Sleeps 2)
2nd Floor - Two twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 4)
There is also a pull-out couch if needed.

Guests have access to the entire house. There are no shared spaces. There is gated pool, with pool access that is part the HOA, this is a about one-minute walk.

Check in is done via keycode access, no need to carry a key around.

Getting Around:

If you traveled with bikes you will love this place. The beach and the main town along the beach are really close and easy to ride to. You will see a lot of locals doing this as well

Other Things to Note:
This is a house is on an island, you will have the small-town feel of a beach town. This also means that you will not be close to the city and large grocery stores. So you should plan accordingly, they are about 10-30 minutes away. (This depends on what store you are trying to get to, Walmart is close, but you have to leave the island, and is about 10 minutes away)

The kitchen and main family room are on the second floor. We have the elevator available for deposit if needed

The home is in a cul de sac.
Kids usually hang out in the game room or kids' playroom, you will get to enjoy your vacation while they are entertained
Florida is home to a lot of wild animals, you may see them. We cannot control this.

Other things to note
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out 11:00 AM policy because of the thorough cleaning process performed between guest stays.
This is a handicapped accessible home with a wheelchair ramp and an elevator
• A code will be provided for the electronic door lock prior to check-in.
• No parties or events are allowed unless previously agreed upon, there is a party alarm on premises.
• Pets are NOT allowed, a special cleaning fee will be charged of $700 to clean for the next guests and we may ask you to kindly leave without a refund.
• NO SMOKING, VAPING, or DRUG use inside the house or on balconies
• Maximum guests allowed is 16 without prior permission from the host. You will be kindly asked to leave without a refund if more than the maximum allowed stays at the house without prior approval.
• The house can handle up to 2 small vehicles in front of the house. There is additional parking near the pool.
• Do not unplug electronics such as wifi/internet or TV/cable entertainment
• A security flood light/camera is located on the front porch entry for house and guest safety.

Located in Pensacola, this vacation home is near the beach. Shoppers can check out The Wharf, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Perdido Key Beach and Johnson Beach. Consider Hub Stacey's at The Point for a night out or Orange Beach Indian and Sea Museum if you're traveling with kids.
