Sun-soaked and happy, head inside your home away from home where you'll instantly discover the spacious sunroom with its comfortable seating and tropical bar. Steps from here, you'll discover the elegant living room complete with a fireplace, two sofas, and a large TV. The kitchen positively gleams with its granite countertops and updated appliances. Off the kitchen and dining room, appreciate having access to a separate laundry room and bathroom.

Also on the main level is the primary bedroom. With its en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and carefully curated decorations - this space is a place of pure peace. Upstairs, the additional bedrooms and bathrooms are just as comfortable with their light-hearted decorations, soft linens, and central air-conditioning.

As the sun begins to set over the water, head back outside and gather around the firepit where you can share s'mores and campfire stories with those you love.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Security camera details: There is one camera looking over the front yard/driveway and one in the backyard overlooking the dock/lake.

Dock details: There is a private dock to launch your paddle boat, kayak, or jet ski.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
