• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• - place all dirty towels in the bathtub in the front bathroom - strip all bedding and leave on floor in the room - load all dishes in dishwasher and start. dish pods are provided
• - take trash out to the bins by the garage: beige bin is for recyclables. trash comes on monday morning - set the bins out sunday night. place bin at the curb if checking out on saturday/sunday.
• - turn off all lights and set ac to 75 in summer and 68 in winter. - lock all exterior doors before your departure: patio door, back garage door, and front door. **please message us when checking out.
