Located in the heart of Perdido Key’s newest coastal-style community, this spacious four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom vacation home is just a short walk or bike ride from Public Beach Access #3, giving you quick access to the sugar-white sand and calm Gulf waters that make this barrier island such a special place.
The home features two primary suites, two guest bedrooms, and two separate living rooms—one on each floor—each with flat screen smart TVs and cable, giving everyone a chance to unwind in their own way. If you're traveling with teens or a second family, you'll appreciate the extra space and privacy. High-speed internet ensures streaming, gaming, and remote work are all covered.
Inside, you’ll find thoughtfully chosen furnishings, comfortable mattresses, and hotel-quality linens that are freshly washed, pressed, and folded for every guest. Each bedroom includes its own smart TV, and with ample closet space, everyone will have room to settle in. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the appliances and cookware needed for preparing meals at home, and the full-sized washer and dryer make it easy to pack light.
Out back, a large deck offers space to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails in the warm coastal breeze. For families traveling with little ones, a high chair and pack-and-play are available upon request with advance notice.
This home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, with king beds in both master bedrooms, a queen bed with trundle in one guest room, full-over-full bunks in the other, and sleeper sofas in both living areas.
