Wonderful home in the heart of Pensacola. With an open floor plan and big spaces, this is a perfect place to gather! The master suite is vast, with a king size bed and a walk-in closet with plenty of room to store the suitcases. The ensuite encompasses two showers so that cleaning up after a day at the beach will be a breeze! There are two bedrooms in addition to the master suite, one of which is quite large. With its own living room area, mini fridge and private entry, this would be the perfect place for the guests that want to do their own thing. The backyard is completely fenced in, perfect for pets and kiddos. The screened in porch has multiple ceiling fans and an outdoor dining table that seats 6. It's a great place to have a morning cup of coffee, or enjoy a great dinner together. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Downtown Pensacola where you'll find some great bars, restaurants and entertainment. For our military friends, we are a 30 minute drive to Whiting Field and 25 minutes from NAS Pensacola. If you're looking to get your toes sandy, we're about a 25 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. 15 minutes to Downtown, 20 minutes to Pace, Milton or Cantonment. Easy access to I-10 in less than 5 minutes! This house is centrally located and makes getting anywhere in the area a breeze!

Roger Scott Athletic Complex and Fast Eddies Fun Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Cordova Mall and University Town Plaza.
