This single family pool home is the perfect choice for your family's next vacation! The large, private, beautiful pool is perfect for those long hot summer days. There is also a screened in patio that is the perfect relaxing spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or reading. There is plenty of off street parking in the double driveway and 2 car garage.
Inside, this home has been updated with all new paint, new flooring, new high end furniture throughout, and mounted smart TVs. This large 3 bedroom home has a split floor plan that separates the primary suite from the other 2 bedrooms. The primary suite features a huge smart TV, walk in closet, and full bathroom. On the other side of the home is another full bathroom separating the other 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office with a designated work space in case you need to get some work done. This office/bedroom has a pullout queen sofa. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and mounted smart TV.
The huge living features a beautiful, leather reclining sofa and loveseat in addition to a matching lounge chair and ottoman. The huge mounted smart TV makes this living room the perfect place for watching the game. The living room is open to the formal dining room. Around the corner is the fully stocked, updated kitchen with newly painted cabinets, huge oversized island, new backsplash, and updated stainless steel appliances. There is another dining table just off the kitchen overlooking the back yard. This kitchen is definitely fully stocked and equipped to handle all of your family's meals.
