It is also a great place to launch your kayak if you want to explore the shoreline or go visit the small islands. This is a gated community for peace of mind. There are safe sidewalks for bicycling or walking down to the public access on the Gulf of Mexico. You can enjoy the beach there or you might want to visit the nearby Gulf Islands National Seashore with 8 miles of undeveloped squeaky white beaches and sparkling emerald-colored water that stretches out to an endless horizon.
