Up the flight of steps, enter to your welcoming living room where the mountains of Colorado meet Perdido Bay.
Immediately, you will view the stunning bay front from one of two waterfront balconies. The cozy living room with Smart TV, Charter Cable, DVD player and secure high speed wifi is open to a dining area, breakfast bar, & well equipped kitchen complete with everything you need for cooking & grilling. A powder room with your washer and dryer are located nearby.
Two nicely sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus two full bathrooms are located up the stairs on the third floor. Your primary suite features another oversized patio door leading out to your second private bay front balcony equipped with two comfortable loungers & a side table.
