The main home offers a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a bunk room with double queens—great for kids or guests who want their own space. There`s also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for added flexibility.
The separate garage apartment includes its own queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, and private entrance—ideal for extra privacy.
Inside, you`ll find a modern, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, central A/C, smart TVs in every room, and cozy touches like a gas fireplace. Outside, enjoy the use of a grill and relax in a quiet, central location just minutes from all that downtown Pensacola has to offer.
Guest has access to the main house and garage apartment if booking together.
