You’re right on the beach. No dunes here to block your view and your own boardwalk gets you out to the sandy beach. Imagine, the kids can roll out of bed and be out on the beach in just a few minutes and the adults in your group can enjoy that first cup of coffee out on the porch, where you can keep an eye on the kids and the dolphins.

Most importantly, on the beach side of this vacation home, deep porches on both the first and second floors run the entire length of the house, with plenty of seating facing the bright Gulf water. You and your guests will be spending most of your time out on here enjoying the view and the ocean breeze!

On the inland side, your private swimming pool is waiting, surrounded by plenty of comfy loungers. Picnic tables are situated on the shady ground floor, ready to eat all the fresh seafood you can. The pool can also be heated for an additional charge for cool-weather vacations!

Inside your vacation home, the open floor plan means no one will miss out on anything and there’s plenty of room for gathering together. Plus the wide windows and doors let in that gorgeous Gulf light and you can appreciate the view from everywhere in the house. The comfy living room seating will have everyone gathering around when they aren’t out splashing in the Gulf. Free Wi-Fi means you won’t miss out on family favorites while you’re here at the beach. The Details

West of Eden is a non-smoking vacation home, and there are a total of 12 bedrooms and 10 full baths. The dining tables in each unit sit 10 or more with additional counter bar seating in the kitchen. All this ensures that you and your guests will have plenty of room for sleeping, eating, and entertaining. 

Each fully equipped kitchen has an extra refrigerator too, so you can stock up on lots of cold beverages and food for you and your guests. You’ll find coffee makers, microwaves, blenders and crockpots, an iron & ironing board, full-sized washers/dryers, and more. If you find you’re missing something, just give us a call, and we’ll do our best to get you what you need.

Several bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms and others have shared bathrooms. Soaking tubs in the main bathrooms will ease those tired muscles after a long day of beach fun. And beachside bedrooms have French doors for direct access to the rocking chairs on the porch. You may not want to leave your bedroom!

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

Located in Pensacola, this vacation home is on the beach. Shoppers can check out The Wharf, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Gulf State Park and Perdido Key Beach. The Park at OWA and Orange Beach Indian and Sea Museum are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as sailing and other activities like birdwatching.
