This is a private room reservation in a stylish home occupied by owner and sister. Your bedroom & bathroom are private, while other common spaces are shared. Owner is young professional who respects privacy, but is happy to answer any questions you may have, and more than happy to say hello!
The space
Meticulously well kept and clean home.

Guest room recently remodeled with comfortable furnishings and bedding. There is also a TV mounted on the wall, with Roku streaming including free Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and other services for guests to watch. High speed internet (AT&T Fiber) is also available.

Your private bathroom is right next to your bedroom and there are available towels and toiletries provided if needed.

For Tesla owners, there is a Tesla charger available in the garage for guests. Just ask for access.

**When checking out, please leave the bedroom/bathroom doors open so we know we can go in and clean/reset the room. Towels can be left in the bathroom, or if you’d prefer, you can toss them in the washer before you leave. Appreciated but not necessary. Same for the bedding.
Guest access
Guest room, guest bathroom, lounge, kitchen, laundry, patio and Tesla charger are available for guests to use during your stay.

A Keurig and K-Cups are also available for guests to use in the kitchen for coffee in the morning. Coffee mugs are in the cabinet right above the Keurig, we just ask that you leave the mugs in the sink when you’re done.

Silverware, dishes and glasses are available to guests in the kitchen. You may also store items in the refrigerator if needed.

Microwave, stove, oven, sink are also available to guests if needed.
Other things to note
- No parties.
- No unregistered guests. Homeowner must be notified of additional guests prior to arrival.
- No smoking indoors. There is an ashtray on the back patio if needed.
- Guitars and drum set in Lounge are for display only during your stay.
- Towels and toiletries are available to use in the guest bathroom. If additional towels are needed, just ask.
- Washer/Dryer and Detergent/Fabric Softener are available in the laundry room, off the kitchen pantry if needed.
