Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the second bedroom, a full bed in the third bedroom, and two twin over twin bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. The second full bath also contains a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
Gather together in the heart of the home – the kitchen – where a large island with bar stools offers the perfect spot for casual dining or socializing. High-end appliances include a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, beverage refrigerator, and countertop air fryer. A spacious dining table seating 8 and island seating 5 provide ample space for family meals. The laundry room contains full size washer and dryer, deep sink, and ice machine.
After a day of beach fun, retreat to the spacious living room complete with a large flat screen TV and an electric fireplace featuring several color options, perfect for cozy evenings in. Stylish new blinds add a touch of comfort and privacy, making this space even more inviting.
Outside, the delights of coastal living await. The front porch has rocking chairs for enjoying evening sunsets while the large covered deck with ceiling fans has a dining table for enjoying an outside meal. An additional gathering area provides rocking chairs around a low round cocktail table for enjoying your morning coffee or planning the day’s adventures. There’s also an old-fashioned porch swing.
Ample parking for vehicles is accommodated in the large circular driveway, as well as one garage space. For added convenience, the patio below the deck has an outside shower which allows for easy rinsing off after a day at the beach. This covered area also offers a second porch swing.
