This is true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach! This luxury 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhouse comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is equipped with amenities to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.
The layout includes a private ground level deep garage on the first floor, with two floors of living space above, with a private elevator from the garage to the third level. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area, a living area with access to a private deck overlooking the Gulf, a full bathroom, and one queen size-bed equipped bedroom with access to a private balcony overlooking Fort Pickens Rd. The third floor includes the master bedroom with its own private balcony over looking the Gulf and en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms are also on the third floor with access to a shared balcony, and a third full bathroom accessible from the hallway. Each bedroom is equipped with its own wall-mounted Smart TV.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.
Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.
Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.
Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.
Located in White Sands, a neighborhood in Pensacola Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Saenger Theatre and National Museum of Naval Aviation are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Pensacola Beach Boardwalk and Cordova Mall. Water Warrior and Pensacola Children's Museum are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and horse riding nearby.
