Welcome to our home, Blue Horizon at Pensacola Beach, the perfect location for your trip just twenty steps from the white sand! There are 2 beach access entries directly across from our yard that lead to a seemingly endless stretch of uncrowded beach and sugar sand. We've designed this home to feel inviting for all of our guests, even the ones with tiny toes or four legs. In addition to the fantastic beach access, you’re just a couple of streets away from the Sound to the North. We are conveniently located in the first neighborhood off Via De Luna, so you're a quick walk to numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops. The trolley stops are also nearby and can take you up and down the main strip. The area is a friendly, quiet neighborhood perfect for walking and biking.

When you step inside Blue Horizon, you're greeted by a spacious and open living space, dining area, and kitchen. Out the windows you'll see the Gulf waters just across the street! The living area boasts comfortable seating and a Smart TV with streaming apps (Disney and Hulu logins included). There is seating for 8 at the dining table, with additional seats at the bar counter. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a spice drawer and the basics you need to prepare your meals. A starter supply of coffee and creamer is provided. There is a large pantry and ample storage. Down the hall there is a full bathroom and full size washer and dryer. You’ll find a blow dryer, steamer, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, stain treaters, and beach towels here as well. There is a large bedroom featuring a fabulous King bed, a Smart TV, and a large closet. Looking out the floor length window is another water view! The main floor features two large decks, one on each end of the home. There are water views from every deck!

Heading upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with an inviting King bed, a Smart TV, and french doors to another deck where you can catch a beautiful sunset, look at the Sound, or see the turquoise Gulf waters. There is a second bedroom on this level that features Gulf views, two twin-over-full bunk beds, and french doors to the same deck. The rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Off the hall is another large deck with fabulous Gulf views and 4 sun loungers. A great spot to soak in the sun as you listen to waves!

The ground level has a picnic table, corn hole, and beach gear to make the best of your time in Pensacola Beach! There is ample room in the yard to run around and a driveway that comfortably fits 3 large vehicles. A newly constructed pool awaits you when you need a break from the beach! The pool can be heated upon request for an extra charge. Also on the ground level is a rinse-off shower. Our rental includes the items listed below. You are welcome to use any of these items, we only ask that you treat them well and report any issues to us!

Our home is family friendly and features many amenities to ease the stress of traveling with young children! There are two Pack ‘N Plays available (with sheets), portable high chairs, a sterilizer, a drying rack, a baby monitor (non-Wifi, with camera), a sound machine, and an infant-to-toddler bath. The bathroom has a removable wand shower head to make bath time with littles easier. There are extra blackout curtains for the windows, and the french doors already have blackout curtains in place. There are baby and toddler utensils, cups, and plates in the kitchen. We also have bed bumpers, a baby gate, outlet covers, cabinet locks, and cord keepers available to keep our littlest guests safe!

We welcome dogs, but please be advised of the area's leash laws and beach restrictions for dogs. There is currently not a fence around the perimeter of the property. There is a $250 fee for pet stays. You are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning fees that result from your pet's stay.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. You will be charged additional costs for cleaning and odor removal.

Parties are not permitted. Overnight guests beyond those listed on the reservation are not permitted. We have full-time neighbors next to and across from our home. It's important that our guests respect the quiet neighborhood atmosphere and abide by the 10:00pm noise curfew. Parties and noise violations will be grounds for eviction from the property. If you have any questions about these restrictions, please ask prior to booking.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. via key code entry (no need to stop at a management office!). We are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out if the schedule allows. We are available via text, phone, or email should you have any questions or concerns before or during your stay.

Starter amounts of laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and coffee are provided. Dish soap and bath amenities are available as well.
