The entire home includes fresh paint, new hardwood plank tile flooring, high ceilings, a large open foyer, and a split floor plan to allow everyone to spread out with ease. The eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooks the large main living area, making it perfect for whipping up tasty recipes and entertaining.
The rear balcony has access from both the family room and main bedroom and extends the entire length of the home, great for enjoying the peaceful setting with your morning coffee or late afternoon relaxing. Plus, this beach house is a short walk to the pool, boat dock, and sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico, so you won't have to venture far for unlimited fun! Things to Know
***Community/Shared Pool is closed*** Due to construction delays. Estimated reopening late March to Early April.

* All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
